Housed in a building constructed in 1954 in the neighborhood of Pacaembu, Sao Paulo, the Studio Jacqueline Terpins has double height ceilings and large columns. The renovation project by architect Felippe Crescenti is designed aiming at a neutrality of space, so that in this way, it would function almost like an infinite background to the pieces and furnishings created by the designer. A major concern of the architect was to give the space a contemporary language, without distorting the original design.

The lightness of the space is marked by the concept of independent plans, ie, columns, walls, beams, floors, the loft, the staircase, apparently not touching, giving the impression that they are floating. Moreover, large glass panes define and bring natural light to the space.

The lighting design by Carlos Fortes and Gilberto Franco, was also done in order to allow the free composition of the pieces on display. It combines direct and indirect lighting systems, providing flexibility and at the same time, valuing the pieces.
